Kusima Mada - Fijis First Sustainable cookbook launched 2019. Designed to promote sustainable seafood and finhsing practises. Cookbook was written in collaboration with Australian Chef Jason Allport, who designed the mouthwatering recipes using a range of locally sourced seafood and produce.
Only sustainable species are included in his recipes. The cookbook features over 80 recipes organized in terms of the habitats the species are found, from ribers, mangroves, coral reefs to the open ocean. this cookbook features vibrant pictures of the coastal women who fish these waters regularily. a must have for any kitchen!
