The Projects opened in June 2018, as a side-hustle, and maternity project, by me: Laura Cahir
​
I come from a retail design / construction/ product placement background (working for large retail brands like Billabong, Surf Dive 'n Ski, Tigerlily, Gloria Jeans and Tappoo). Eventually, I finally decided to take the plunge, which led me to setting up the coolest / craziest shop & cafe space in Fiji!!
I knew we had some legendary artisans across the Pacific, who just needed a platform to be able to sell. I wanted to help get their epic products and stories out there. I also knew we needed to have a fun shop, a place of creation... but also something to be proud of.

So it was natural for the progression of The Projects Collective Fiji to incorporate ethical practices, because honestly... who has the energy to start any other sort of business these days??

in an ever moving world we now have 2 locations, one just off Denarau in Nadi on Narewa Rd, and we have just moved our old flagship location to a new Pop Up location in the Sitar Complex in Korotogo, Sigatoka.
From my little island vuvale to yours, we say Bula Vinaka and welcome you to shop some of our gorgeous pieces in person and visit our slice of paradise! For those of you that have found us here online, of course we naturally have a website where all our goodies are there to purchase and have delivered so you can always have a slice of the Islands at home with you, to share with others or wanderlust about your next trip to Fiji..

THE CAFE
Drop in on our table service in store café where you can get world class barista-made coffee from local grown and roasted beans, as well as tasty cakes and slices. If you want something more substantial we also do a selection of hot savoury food, and remember the beers, that are brewed onsite are always cold, or an espresso martini or wine may be more your thing.

Please choose from us wisely. freight is not the cheapest from Fiji to the World and also we are a small slower hand curated business. returns for a change of mind (unless the customer pays postage will not be accepted. However in case of damaged or defective product refunds will be given discretionally
