At House of Salt, our Fiji Sea Salt is carefully crafted in small batches in the remote Viani Bay, Fiji. We source seawater from the pristine depths of the Rainbow Reef and gently evaporate it using controlled heat. This precise method allows us to separate the four natural salts found in seawater and hand-harvest our premium Fleur de Sel—something that traditional sun-drying methods cannot achieve.

 

Each batch is meticulously handled by hand to preserve its natural minerals, texture, and rich flavour.

 

Our infused salts are thoughtfully blended with locally sourced ingredients such as wild turmeric, ginger, and native herbs, supporting local communities while enhancing every blend with unique depth and character.

 

Hand harvested Fleur De Sol sea salt is plain sea salt, designed to maximize a dish's flavor.  Must be stored airtight.
