Born in the sun-soaked fields of Fiji and distilled with passion in our Pacific Harbour distillery, Kama Chilli Vodka redefines what a chilli vodka can be. We set out to capture the dual nature of the chilli — its luscious sweetness and its undeniable heat.
Using only handpicked Fijian Bongo chillies, grown by local farmers across the islands, we've created a vodka that balances fire with finesse, spice with soul.
The process is as authentic as it gets: First, our VulaViti Vodka — distilled from pure Fijian sugar cane — forms the crystal-clear foundation. Then, through a meticulous blend of small-batch distillation and natural maceration, we infuse the spirit with the full essence of fresh, sun-ripened Bongo chillies.
