This is a really lovely, fresh and well-made, dryer style of Prosecco from a very ambitious and successful producer. Almond notes sit with peach, pear and ripe apple flavours. It's just the ticket for a glass of much appreciated bubbles.
Bottega are a very large and very successful producer based in the Veneto. Interestingly enough, however, they have only been in existence as a company since the 20th Century and then, set up as a distillery. Nouveau Riche?
